Route Guide
Not everyone can make it to race day, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out. The Istra Land Route Guide is for all riders who want to experience the best gravel in Istria on their own — at their own pace, in their own time.
Every year, we get tons of requests from riders looking for the GPX file, updated info on trail conditions, roadworks, resupply points, or advice on when and how to ride the route. Instead of answering one by one, we’ve put everything together in one place.
We offer two options:
Digital Package — 50 €
You’ll receive the Adventure Manual (digital) and the GPX file of the route.
Bundle Package — 100 €
You’ll receive the digital Adventure Manual and GPX file, plus a package to collect at the start of your ride: a printed Adventure Manual, a musette, and an Istra Land t-shirt. (Shipping available on request, costs calculated per country.)

Because Istra Land isn’t just any loop you can download online. With the Route Guide you get the official GPX track — the real Istra Land route, tested and checked by us. You’ll also receive the Adventure Manual, packed with practical info: resupply points, water sources, the best times of year to ride, and local tips to make the most of your adventure.

- Do I need to join the race to ride the route?
- Short answer: no. the Route Guide is for anyone. You can ride Istra Land whenever you like, solo or with friends.
- Can I ride only part of the route?
- Of course. The GPX covers the whole loop, but you can cut it into stages, shorten it, or just ride your favorite section.
- Will the GPX and Manual be updated?
- The Manual is up to date at the time of your purchase, but we don’t provide further updates.
- Can I get the Bundle shipped?
- Yes, shipping is available on request, with costs calculated depending on your country.
- Is the Route Guide refundable?
- Once purchased, the Route Guide it’s non-refundable.
- How is this different from just downloading a GPX online?
- GPX routes you find online are not checked, not approved by us, and in some cases can be wrong — or even dangerous. The Route Guide gives you a safe, curated, and tested route, backed by the knowledge we’ve built through years of scouting and racing. It’s not just a line on a map: it’s the real Istra Land experience, with detailed information you won’t find anywhere else.
